Grilling Your Steak

Did you know that men do cry? Yes they do. Browned and lightly charred on the outside, juicy and tender inside, a perfectly grilled steak has the power to make grown men cry. But do you know what can really make you cry? An overcooked and dried steak. With so many ways to get it wrong, it's no wonder grilling steak can be overwhelming to think sometimes.

We have searched the wires for some tips and the best way to perfectly grill your steak. We looked for straightforward process with step by step procedures that we can understand and surely follow without any confusion.

Now, let's season the steak with a dry blend of garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper before we put it to the grill. Let's also prepare some butter for basting later on. Now, speaking about basting, we could also tie some bundle of woody herbs. These herbs will release fomr oils when touched to the sizzling steak, adding more flavors to the meat.

Based on what we got, and contrary to common belief, let's flip the steak frequently to get some even browning on each side of the steak as well as even cooking for each side.

After we are done with grilling your steak to the doneness you like, you may add some dressing to your liking.

Voila! Now we have a perfectly grilled steak!
